DORE, Judge.

This is a suit growing out of a collision between a baseball bus owned and operated by defendant Art Phelan, and a truck trailer owned by Tony and Sam C. Danna, operating under the trade name of Danna’s Crystal Market, and operated by an employee of the said Dannas, on the night of May 20, 1936, at about the hour of 10 p. m., at a point on the Jefferson Highway in the parish of St. Landry; and in which plaintiff received certain injuries, the most serious of which was to his right eye. The defendants are the owners of the bus and the truck trailer and their respective insurers.…
