Plaintiff-Appellant Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund (“Pension Fund”) is one of the largest multiemployer pension funds in the nation. Plaintiff-Appellant Howard McDou-gall serves as trustee of the Pension Fund and controls and manages its operation and administration.
