MEMORANDUM OPINION

THOMAS M. TWARDOWSKI, Bankruptcy Judge.

Karen L. Weidenhammer (“movant”) has requested relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) to allow her to proceed with the filing of a contempt petition based on nonpayment of support in a domestic relations action (“state court action”) pending against her husband, Mark Allen Weidenhammer (“debtor”). We will grant relief from stay based on 11 U.S.C. § 362(b)(2) and 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(1).
