Defendant, William J. Lucero, appeals from the judgments of conviction entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of numerous offenses. These offenses include three counts of vehicular homicide (DUI), three counts of vehicular homicide (reckless), three counts of careless driving resulting in death, thirty counts of vehicular assault (DUI), and thirty counts of vehicular assault (reckless).
