Alejandro Ramirez seeks review of the final judgment and sentence adjudicating him guilty of felony battery as well as the revocation of his probation. We affirm the conviction and the revocation of probation. However, we remand for the trial court to strike the finding that Ramirez violated his probation by violating condition 10 (failing to comply with all lawful instructions).
