This appeal is brought from a grant of summary judgment to all defendants in a dispute concerning the purchase of a boat and equipment.

Although appellant enumerates three errors, they will be treated as one since they are part of the same theme: appellant contends that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of appellees. This suit arose out of the purchase of a boat and equipment on February 23, 1983, by Scott Owen Combs from J. Emory Davis d/b/a Davis Marine.
