Strafford County et al. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Shawn Murphy suffered a leg fracture when prison guards at the Strafford County Department of Corrections allegedly assaulted him. Murphy claims that he was later denied adequate medical care for his leg when he was transferred to the New Hampshire Department of Correction (“NHDOC”) to serve a state sentence.
