The county court having concluded that the decedent’s widow, as survivor of a joint tenancy with her husband therein, was the sole owner of 200 shares of the common stock of the Great Western Sugar Company, denied the petition of plaintiff in error, as a creditor of the deceased husband’s estate, which otherwise was insolvent, to have one-half of the said stock listed as an asset thereof.
