Judgment unani*946mously affirmed. Memorandum: We reject the contention of defendant that County Court erred in denying his motion to suppress the physical evidence seized during a warrantless search of his vehicle. The police lawfully stopped defendant for violating Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1162 and determined that he was an unlicensed driver. Because the owner of the vehicle was not present, the police advised defendant that the vehicle would have to be impounded and searched.
