—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was convicted following a jury trial of two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (Penal Law § 265.02 [3], [5] [ii]), and one count each of criminal possession of marihuana in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 221.15) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 511 [1] [a]).
