Relators Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Texas, Permanente Medical Association of Texas, Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, and Kathleen M. Robertson, M.D. filed a motion seeking leave to file a petition for writ of mandamus against Respondent, the Honorable Wayne Bridewell, Judge of the 249th Judicial District Court, Johnson County.
