The United States initiated this criminal action against the defendants by indictment charging the violation of the AntiTrust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1-7. The cause was tried before a jury. A verdict of guilty was found. This appeal has been taken upon the main grounds that (1) the indictment does not state a crime, (2) that evidence vital to defense was rejected, (3) that the verdict was against the evidence, (4) that the Court did not properly instruct the jury, and (5) that the method of drawing the juries in this district was improper and that a conviction in…
