SUTTON, Justice.
This appeal is from the 65th District Court of El Paso County.
The defendants, J. B. Blaugrund and three other individuals by the same name, as partners, operate the Welch Furniture Company in the city of El Paso. The parties will be referred to as plaintiff and -defendants. The plaintiff sued to recover for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from a fall on the floor of defendants’ furniture store which was claimed to have been “in a highly polished, slick and unusually and excessively slippery condition,” and for the cost of medical fees, supplies and services incurred…
