ABOUSSIE, Justice.
Giddings Petroleum Corporation (“Gid-dings”) appeals the trial court’s rendition of an adverse summary judgment on its claims against appellees Peterson Food Mart, Inc. (“Peterson”) and Mutscher, Incorporated (“Mutscher”) for intentionally interfering with its contractual relations.
We will affirm the district court’s judgment.
BACKGROUND
