DECISION ON CONFIRMATION OF DEBTOR’S AMENDED PLAN AS MODIFIED AND ON OBJECTIONS TO CONFIRMATION

The debtor in this Chapter 11 case is the owner of the Hyatt Regency Hotel property in Cincinnati, Ohio (hereafter the “subject property.”) The subject property is operated and managed by the Hyatt Corporation (“Hyatt”), pursuant to a Management Agreement entered into between debtor and Hyatt.
