hOn December 11, 2012, judgment was entered in the Pulaski County Circuit Court in case number 60CR-12-1134 reflecting that appellant David W. Engstrom had entered a plea of guilty to the offense of failure to register as a sex offender and that he had been placed on probation for a period of seventyrtwo months. In January 2015, probation was revoked, and Eng-strom was sentenced to serve a term of thirty-six months’ imprisonment.
