This is a suit for an accounting The defendant obtained a judgment against the plaintiff in the circuit court of Multnomah county, July 12, 1921, in the sum of $3,000 with interest at the rate of 10 per cent per annum, from January 12,1920, $200 for attorney fees and for costs and disbursements in the sum of $46.35.
