The facts in this case are few and uncon-fradieted. The sole legal question involved is whether a surviving widow of a deceased husband, whose estate is being administered by the probate court, the husband having died intestate, and whose estate is solvent, is entitled to have her allowance for a year’s support charged to the estate of herself and husband, or whether the amount of this allowance shall be charged to her part of the community estate of herself and husband in the distribution of the property remaining in the hands of the administrator after all debts and expenses of…
