I. INTRODUCTION

Defendant, Carlton V. Mosley, appeals from his convictions for seven counts of making criminal threats (Pen. Code, 1 § 422) and one count of custodial possession of a weapon (§ 4502, subd. (a)). The trial court also found defendant was previously convicted of a serious felony and served four prior prison terms. (§§ 667, subds. (a), (b)-(i), 667.5, subd. (b), 1170.12.) Defendant argues there was insufficient evidence to support his convictions in counts 2, 5, 8, and 9, and the trial court improperly sentenced him to a full six-year consecutive term on count…
