This is a statutory indemnity case. Freeman Financial Investment Company d/b/a Freeman Toyota (Freeman) challenges the summary judgment granted in favor of Toyota Motor Corporation and Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. on Freeman’s claims for indemnity pursuant to chapter 82 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code and article 4413(36), section 5.02(b)(ll) of the Texas Motor Vehicle Commission Code.
