ORDER

JOHNSON, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs are approximately 50 students at Alabama State College who were indefinitely suspended or dismissed from college because of their participation, along with a number of nonstudents, in events related to or growing out of “demonstrations” in and around the college dining hall from March 29, 1969, to April 8, 1969. As a result of this activity the college was closed for a period from April 7 to April 21, 1969. Plaintiffs allege that the activities for which they were suspended or dismissed from school are protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution…
