Before the court is plaintiffs motion, made in accordance with Rule 54 of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims (“RCFC”), 1 for attorney’s fees and costs pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412 (2012).
