Stolz, Judge.

The plaintiff brought this action for personal injuries suffered due to a slip and fall in the defendant’s grocery store. It was the plaintiff’s contention that she slipped on a foreign substance negligently left on the defendant’s floor.

None of the defendant’s employees saw any foreign substance on which the plaintiff could have slipped. In fact, only one of the twenty-two witnesses saw such a foreign substance; the witness, Mr. Sapp, testified that approximately five minutes before the plaintiffs fall he saw a "slush” of a transparent oily substance that looked like the remains…
