Plaintiff Brenda S. Bahnsen (“Mrs. Bahnsen” or “Debtor”) is the debtor in the underlying Chapter 7 case, and her co-plaintiff, James Bahnsen (“Mr. Bahnsen”), is her husband, who was not a debtor in the underlying Chapter 7 case.
