RULING

LITTLE, District Judge.

Before the court are the defendants’ motions for summary judgment [Doc. Nos. 39, 42, 45, and 48] filed under Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. For the reasons explained below, these four motions for summary judgment are GRANTED.

I. BACKGROUND

This litigation arises out of the dissolution of the marriage of plaintiff Pat Shelby Todd, Jr. (“Todd”) and the defendant Alicia Brown Todd (“Mrs.Todd”).
