Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered June 22, 1979 in Albany County, which granted petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to obtain a full evidentiary hearing in the matter of reimbursement rates for the nursing home facilities owned and managed by petitioners.
