DAVISON, Vice Chief- Justice.

This is an appeal by Aetna Insurance Company (defendant below) from a judgment rendered against it in favor of Jack Zoblotsky (plaintiff below) for $565.60. The action was tried to the court without the aid of a jury. The parties will be referred to by their trial court designation.
