Defendant was indicted separately for three different offenses of arson in the first degree, that is, he did knowingly procure and cause other persons to damage by means of fire a certain building, the property (the same building) of another on two separate occasions, January 20,1977, and March 25, 1978, without the consent of both the insurer and the insured. The other indictment involved a fire on or about April 15,1978, where a dwelling house was burned without the consent of the owner.
