Plaintiff Dawn J. Bennett Holding, LLC has brought this breach of contract and fraud action against defendant FedEx TechConnect, Inc. Compl. [Dkt. # 1-2]. Plaintiff alleges that defendant violated the parties’ pricing agreement by refusing to apply the correct discount rates to plaintiffs transportation fees, and by refusing to provide plaintiff with an accounting of payments and discounts.
