The questions in this case arise out of dealings by the trustees of a testamentary trust with funds of the trust estate. On June 23,1938, appellants, who are the beneficiaries of the trust, brought suit in the circuit court of Kankakee county against the trustees, the legal representatives, legatees and devisees of the deceased sureties on their bond, the legal representative, legatees and devisees of a deceased legatee of one of such sureties, and the receiver of the Citizens’ State Bank of Manteno, for an accounting, removal of the trustees, payment of all moneys received by them, with…
