*1119Appeal from a judgment of the Oneida County Court (Robert F. Julian, A.J.), rendered October 27, 2003. The judgment convicted defendant, after a nonjury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
