The plaintiff assails that part of the judgment which awards a division and distribution of his estate. An absolute divorce was granted upon the plaintiff’s complaint on the ground that defendant had treated plaintiff cruelly and inhumanly _ for a period exceeding four years immediately preceding the trial of the action.
