Demurrers interposed by defendants to plaintiff’s second amended complaint, as amended, were sustained, and, leave to further amend not being asked, judgment was given in favor of defendants. The plaintiff appeals from the judgment.
The complaint in question, which is somewhat voluminous, may be summarized as follows: The defendant, Peoples State Bank of National City, is a banking corporation doing business in San Diego County, and the defendant, Thelen, a director of said bank and its cashier and general managing officer.
