THIS CASE came before the Court for hearing on August 24, 2007, to consider the Motion for Preliminary and Permanent Injunction filed by the Plaintiff, Robert Altman, as Chapter 7 Trustee (the Trustee).
Generally, the Trustee seeks the entry of an Order enjoining Davis and Dingle Dentistry, P.A. (Davis & Dingle) from prosecuting a State Court action in South Carolina against eight non-debtor defendants.
