Defendant, The Wackenhut Corporation (Wackenhut), a Florida corporation in the business of providing security services, is sued by the Secretary of the Department of Labor for violating the minimum wage and overtime pay provisions of sections 6(a)(1), 7(a)(1), and 15(a)(2) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.
