This is a bill by the building inspector of the town of Wayland (the inspector) against The Ellen M. Gifford Sheltering Home Corporation (Gifford) a charitable corporation, Chatham Construction Co., Inc. (Chat-ham), and Robert A. Peters, an employee of Chatham, to restrain the erection of a building to be used as a sheltering home for cats under a revoked building permit issued November 16, 1960.
