This original proceeding in prohibition is before this Court upon the petition of Linda York, a licensed real estate appraiser, who asks this Court to direct the West Virginia *610Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (“the Board”) to dismiss with prejudice the pending disciplinary complaints filed against her. Some of these complaints have their origins in actions taken by the petitioner as far back as 2001.
