This is an appeal from the judgment of the district court of Kaufman county, sustaining the general and special exceptions of defendants in error, defendants below, to the petition of plaintiff! in error, plaintiff below. The parties will be designated as in the lower court. In addition to the general demurrer, defendants lodged 15. special exceptions to plaintiff’s petition, all of which were sustained.
