MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PIERSOL, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Betty J. Salveson, filed this malpractice action on November 7, 2006. In her complaint Plaintiff asserts that this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332 1 because complete diversity exists between the parties. In support of this assertion Plaintiff alleges in her complaint that she is a resident of South Dakota, Defendant Hassan is a resident of Kentucky, and Defendant Miller is a resident of Florida.
