PRICE, Judge:

This is an appeal by the Commonwealth from an order granting appellee’s motion in arrest of judgment. For the following reasons the order is reversed.

Appellee was convicted in a nonjury trial of aggravated assault 1 and disorderly conduct. 2 In response to appellee’s post verdict motions the court arrested judgment as to the degree of aggravated assault. In reviewing such a motion we must examine all the evidence in the light most favorable to the Commonwealth as verdict winner. Commonwealth v. Meadows, 471 Pa. 201, 369 A.2d 1266 (1977).
