Marc Watzman conditionally pleaded guilty to one count of possessing child pornography, 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B), and nine counts of receiving child pornography, 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2)(A), (b)(1). On appeal he challenges the denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized from his home, arguing that the search warrant was not based on probable cause because it was issued on the basis of illegally obtained evidence.
