RUCKER, Justice.

Jeremy Smith pleaded guilty but mentally ill to murder and guilty to arson related to the murder. In unrelated matters, he pleaded guilty to burglary, theft, two counts of harassment, and failure to register as a sex offender with local law enforcement. The trial court imposed the maximum sentence for each offense and ran them consecutively for a total term of one hundred eleven years and three hundred sixty days.
