In most of its features, with the exception of questions growing out of the sequestration of the property involved by defendant Robinson and the replevy thereof by plaintiffs, and the matters of rents and damages claimed by defendant and claim for improvements made by plaintiffs, this case is identical in its facts with the case of Childress et al. v.
