Petitioner Larry Puckett appeals the decision of the district court denying his petition for habeas relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. The district court granted a certificate of appealability on Puckett’s claim under Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79, 106 S.Ct. 1712, 90 L.Ed.2d 69 (1986), and this court expanded the certificate to in- elude whether the prosecution violated Puckett’s due process rights by impeaching his postr-Miranda silence. We AFFIRM.
