Stephen E. Welty appeals from the decision of the Administrative Hearing Commission (AHC) recommending revocation of his license to practice chiropractic in the State of Missouri and the subsequent revocation of that license by the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners (Board). Appellant contends: (1) that the decision of the AHC and the order of the Board were unsupported by competent and substantial evidence and were arbitrary and capricious because of the results of a polygraph examination which fatally tainted the entire proceeding; (2) that the decision of the AHC and order…
