Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (McDermott, J.), entered June 8, 1988 in Albany County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs cross motion for summary judgment.
Plaintiff claims a security interest in a 1976 Metamora mobile home, alleged to have been created in an April 1982 retail installment contract. Examination of the instrument shows the names "Gail Keaton” and "Kenneth C. Keaton” to have been typed in the portion designated "buyer”, but the actual signatures at the bottom read "Charline Gail Keaton” and "Kenneth Keaton”.
