Plaintiff Ramesh Sharma filed this action asserting claims for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and “tortious interferences with trust relationship.” He also pleads violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. (“ERISA”).
