WENNER, Judge.

Upon this appeal we are asked to decide whether, following a termination of parental rights and the placement of a child into a confidential prospective adoptive home, the natural grandparents have standing to petition for visitation.

The children involved in this appeal are twin boys, who were born on May 1, 1983, to C.W. and her husband, G.W.
