BARKER, District Judge.

Woody Bruther (“Plaintiff’) and Peggy Bruther (collectively “Plaintiffs”) have filed suit against the General Electric Company (“Defendant”) for injuries that Plaintiff sustained from a malfunctioning light bulb that Defendant allegedly manufactured improperly. Defendant moves the Court to enter summary judgment in its favor for two reasons: (1) Plaintiff cannot authenticate the light bulb in question, and (2) Plaintiff cannot establish that the bulb was defective.
