We have for review a referee’s report recommending that respondent, Jean M. Picon, be found guilty of professional misconduct in violation of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar (Bar Rules) and suspended from the practice of law for ninety-one days. Picon has petitioned for review, challenging the sufficiency of the referee’s report, the referee’s recommendations as to guilt, and the referee’s recommended discipline. We. have jurisdiction.
